Why stay at hotel when you visit Costa Rica, when you can enjoy your vacation at a Costa Rica villa? There are villas available to suit any budget from the moderately expensive to luxurious and costly. Many of the villas are privately owned and are available for rent when the owner is out of the country. Sometimes foreigners who have purchased property in Costa Rica as a retirement residence rent it out when they return home for a vacation own these villas. Renting a Costa Rica villa will only cost you only about $50 per day, but there are others that will run up to $250 per day. A villa is a great way to have a private vacation without the hustle and bustle of crowds. Even though in some of the villas, you do your own cooking, when you go outside you are in Paradise. Villas that accommodate small groups of people are cheaper than a hotel, because you rent the house and everyone shares the cost. If you stayed in a hotel you would need to have several rooms. You can rent a Costa Rica villa that will accommodate a dozen or more people. These villas usually have their own pool, maid and meal service and access to a golf course. These villas would be classed as luxurious and therefore be more expensive. Most of the Costa Rica villa packages include maid service, The kitchen is usually well stocked with non-perishable food items, but you will have to purchase anything extra that you need. Most tourists do not bother with a lot of cooking when they rent a villa because they are on holiday and tend to use restaurants for their meals. Breakfast is probably the only meal that they bother with making themselves. You also have to remember that if you do any damages to the villa, you are responsible for the repair costs. | ||
